Marinated
Grilled Flank Steak
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ pound flank steak - trimmed
Marinade:
1 lemon - juiced
¾ cup Aloha
Shoyu Regular Soy Sauce or Aloha
Shoyu Lower Salt Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ garlic cloves, sliced
black pepper - to taste
1 green onion - chopped
1/8 cup Dill weed - chopped (optional)
½ teaspoon Celery seed
PROCEDURE
Mix all marinade ingredients in a large roasting pan. Place steak in same
pan and marinate for about 2 hours
(up to 12 hours) in the refrigerator. Grill marinated steak over medium
high heat. Length of grill-time is dependant on your taste (about 5 minutes
per side for rare). Slice meat on the diagonal across the grain and serve.
