Aloha Sweet
and Sour Spareribs

Serves 4 -6
INGREDIENTS
5 lbs. pork spareribs or pork shoulder
2 cups beef broth of beef stock
1 cup your favorite Aloha
Teriyaki Glaze
½ cup Aloha Cane Vinegar
1 cup diced pineapple
½ cup diced red bell pepper
PROCEDURE
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and sear in a medium sized pot. Deglaze with
stock, vinegar and Aloha Teriyaki Glaze, simmer until port is tender. Add
pineapple and pepper, continue to simmer until pineapple and pepper are
tender.
