Fresh Ginger Ale

10 - 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
4 cups Aloha Cane Vinegar
4 cups water
4 cups sugar
½ lb fresh ginger slices
4 cups club soda
Sprigs of mint (for garnish)

PROCEDURE
Bring Aloha Cane vinegar, water and sugar to a boil in a pot until the sugar dissolves. Remove the mixture from the heat and drop in the fresh ginger slices. Steep for 20 minutes, drain the ginger slices from the mixture and chill. Add equal parts of the syrup and club soda in a pitcher with several ice cubs. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
